Holly Services is a non-medical home care agency that provides quality services for seniors, helping them and assist them everyday tasks in the comfort of their own home. Servicing from few hours-a-day to 24 hours, 7 days a week, weekdays and/or weekends.

How to begin ?

First, we begin reviewing your needs, preferences, and health conditions through discussions with family members, the care recipient, social worker, discharge planers, or hospital/nursing home staff if necessary. Also, to discuss scheduling or any questions or concerns you may have.

Next, we match your needs with the best suitable caregiver, then bring them to you and go through an interview and selection process. Further, if required, the caregiver of your choice may attend caregiver training, if you are coming home from the hospital, to give you utmost assurance and peace of mind.

Finally, after the caregiver has been placed, we will continuously monitor our caregivers through telephone check-in to ensure the quality of our service.

Our Rates:

Holly Services offers you a cost effective program so that these services are affordable. Our rates are competitive to similar agencies.

Available Rates :

  • Live-in Care or Stay Over Rate
  • Live-out or Hourly Rate (minimum 4 hours a day)

Our Rates vary according to the following :

    * Level of care needs :
    1. a. Companionship / Basis ADL
    2. b. Moderate Assistance
    3. c. Extensive Assistance
    4. d. Total Assistance

Payments made easy with Hollyservices
Holly Services is responsible for the payroll. Clients do not pay caregivers directly. Clients are invoiced once every month (2 times in most other agencies) and payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. There are no additional agency fees nor placement fees.
How do I change my schedule ?
All scheduling must be done through the Holly Services office. Do not schedule directly with Holly Services employees. Please contact our office.
To what degree can Holly Services employees assist with medications ?
Holly Services will remind you when it is time to take your medication. They are not allowed to administer medications. In addition, Holly Services employees are not allowed to fill your pill caddy. We recommend you identify a responsible person to keep your pill caddy filled.
