What Makes Our Caregivers Different?
Every Holly caregiver holds a state-issued Home Care Aide (HCA) license, a requirement in California to work in home care.
To receive this license, caregivers must first pass:
-
A background check by the California Department of Justice
-
A clear tuberculosis (TB) test
Once licensed, they undergo additional in-house training at Holly Services — going beyond state minimums — to ensure they provide safe, respectful, and high-quality care.
We make sure that the people coming into your home are not only qualified, but also kind, reliable, and prepared to support your family with care and compassion.
