How Families Found the Right In-Home Care
Every family’s situation is different. Here are real examples of how Holly Services supported seniors — and gave families peace of mind.

Story 1: Companion Care — Staying Independent with Friendly Support
Client: Mrs. Ellen T. (Age 84)
Situation: Living alone, early signs of memory changes
Family Situation: Daughter lives out of state
Ellen lives alone and had begun showing early signs of memory changes. Her daughter, who lives out of state, worried that her mother was becoming isolated and occasionally forgetting meals.
Holly Services began providing companion care several times a week. Caregivers helped prepare simple meals, accompanied Ellen on short walks, and spent time talking, doing puzzles, and maintaining a regular daily routine.
“It feels like a friend coming over — not just someone helping me,” Ellen shared.
For her daughter, regular check-ins and updates brought reassurance and peace of mind, knowing someone she trusts was consistently supporting her mother’s daily life.
Story 2: Personal Care — Regaining Comfort and Confidence at Home
Client: Mr. George S. (Age 77)
Situation: Recovering from surgery, limited mobility
Care Provided: Daily personal care and mobility assistance
After returning home from hip surgery, George found it difficult to manage daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and moving safely around his home. He wanted to recover at home but needed dependable support to do so safely.
Holly Services provided trained caregivers who visited daily to assist with personal care, hygiene, and mobility support, helping George rebuild confidence while respecting his dignity.
“I didn’t think I could manage at home after surgery,” George said.
“Now I feel comfortable again. I’m treated with respect and kindness every day.”
With consistent in-home support, George was able to recover safely at home and gradually regain his independence.
